Management of lease and rent procedures (Conciliation Commission, Tribunal, Court of Justice) (drafting of legal pleadings and hearings) Management of all other types of procedures (bankruptcies, lifting of seizures, others) Internal information on these procedures and coordination of these files with other departments Support to other property management departments in handling their files (legal advice, drafting assistance) Information and advice to landlord clients Preparation of yield calculations (absolute method) and relative calculations (relative method) Start date: to be agreed

Holder of the Swiss attorney's patent Good knowledge of tenancy law and in particular rent calculation methods Respectful of ethics Customer service oriented towards landlords, tenants and other property management departments Pragmatic in the application of the law and solution-oriented Skilled in negotiation, keen to find agreements and avoid creating conflict situations Possessing human qualities aimed at helping colleagues manage their files Enjoys working in a team Organised, rigorous and autonomous in your work Good stress resistance and able to manage priorities Native French speaker, good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German Able to write clearly and effectively Comfortable with numbers Proficient in Word and with good basic knowledge of Excel Motivated to join a close-knit and competent team Wishing to commit long-term
