Management Company Risk Specialist (Asset Management)

To strengthen its Management Company oversight and control framework, we are currently seeking an analytical and technology-oriented professional to join the team in Basel. Your Responsibilities: As Management Company Risk Specialist (Asset Management), you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company's control, monitoring and governance framework. This position is embedded within a regulated asset management environment and focuses on management company oversight, risk management, internal controls, fund governance and process automation.Working closely with various stakeholders across the organization, you will play a key role in improving processes, strengthening oversight activities and utilizing data more effectively to support decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining and further enhancing the Internal Control System (ICS) within a regulated asset management and management company environment Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of key controls across fund, management company and operational processes Supporting and coordinating Risk German is considered an advantage Valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required Willingness to work 100% on‑site Above average insurance coverage fully borne our client Contribution to health insurance and meal allowance Excellent opportunities for further training and personal development #J-18808-Ljbffr
