As required, manage Principal: Agenda: Conference calls Meetings Lunch\’s, parties Travel Administration Office: Home management Office administration Mail reception Database management Inventory Management House maintenance PROFIL ATTENDU: Relevant education needed to perform the Executive Assistant duties. 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant position or similar. Excellent business presence. Fluent English / French / Spanish. Excellent writing skills. Proficient use of Microsoft – Word – Excel.
