This is a strongtemporary position /strong, ideal for professionals with strong regulatory knowledge and hands‑on experience in AML and KYC operations. /p ul liPerform Quality Assurance of account opening files prepared by the Onboarding Hub, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (AMLA, CDB, AMLO‑FINMA, FATCA, CRS) /li liMonitor and manage pending items identified during account opening in line with CDB regulations /li liReview AML assessments for onboarding, KYC renewals, and account maintenance cases /li liApprove KYC reviews for low‑risk clients and selected maintenance cases /li liAct as Chair/Secretary of the AML/KYC Committee, including preparing meeting minutes and tracking follow‑ups /li liCoordinate with stakeholders across AML, Compliance, Tax, Legal, Risk, and international teams /li liProvide guidance and training to onboarding teams on AML/KYC topics /li liOversee account status controls (e.g. blocking) in accordance with regulations /li liEnsure high data quality across core and satellite systems /li liPrepare regular reports for senior management and international stakeholders /li liBanking apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience /li liUniversity degree (preferred) in Law, Economics, or Business Administration /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in AML / Onboarding within the banking sector /li liStrong knowledge of Swiss AML regulations (AMLA, CDB20, AMLO‑FINMA) /li liAdvanced analytical skills and strong Excel capabilities /li liExperience with tools such as FCM, LexisNexis, and regulatory platforms /li liAbility to handle and interpret large datasets for meaningful insights /li liHighly structured with excellent organizational skills /li liSelf‑driven, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills /li /ul pFluent in Portugese mandatory /p ul liAdditional languages are a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
