We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of Swiss payroll operations, HR administration, and labour leasing compliance within a fast-growing international business. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Swiss employment landscape and can confidently operate across payroll, HR operations, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Manage and coordinate monthly Swiss payroll with external payroll providers Support employee onboarding and ongoing HR administration Manage employment documentation, personnel records, contracts and HR processes Act as a key point of contact for employee payroll and HR queries Own compliance with Swiss labour leasing regulations and employment legislation Oversee employee assignments, salary accuracy, social security contributions and GAV requirements Liaise directly with SECO and cantonal authorities Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities to improve and scale Swiss HR and payroll processes Partner with international teams to ensure Swiss operations remain fully compliant What we’re looking for Proven experience in Swiss payroll, HR, staffing, labour leasing or recruitment operations Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and labour leasing regulations Understanding of Swiss staffing industry GAV requirements Experience working with payroll providers and managing payroll administration Confidence dealing with regulatory authorities and compliance matters Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment Strong stakeholder and employee communication skills Nice to have HR, Economics, Psychology or related qualification German and/or French language skills Experience within staffing, labour leasing, EOR or another regulated employment environment Experience scaling HR operations within a growing international organisation Focus: Swiss Payroll | HR Operations | Labour Leasing Compliance Environment: International | Fast-growing | High ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr
