The Company Our client is a well-established mid-sized manufacturing group operating across multiple geographies and business lines. As part of its finance transformation and data-led performance culture, the group is strengthening its Business Controlling function to sharpen decision-making and institutionalise investor-grade reporting. This is a high-impact role with exposure to executive decision-making, group-level performance management, and transformation initiatives. Analyse and interpret financial data (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) from an investor perspective to support decision-making and resource allocation Lead or contribute to projects aimed at digitising and automating core controlling processes Strengthen finance’s role as a forward-looking, strategic partner to the business Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field , ideally complemented by experience in Controlling, Audit, or Financial Projects ~3–6 years of relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, Audit, or Consulting , ideally within an international or matrixed environment ~ Strong analytical capability with a clear investor mindset; Fluency in German and English is essential
