As EMEA TSS Services Delivery Project Manager, you are responsible for expanding Professional Services business in EMEA.
Reporting to the Solutions Consultants and Technical Field Experts EMEA, you will collaborate closely with ALE sales representatives, ALE business partners/distributors, and end-customers.
Your mission is the supervision of the projects from the preparation of the offer to the final acceptance.
Your goal is to ensure the quality of our service and to grow our business.
What am I responsible for?
- You estimate the effort and prepare offers based on that.
- You support our partners, distributors, and end customers by selecting the best technicians for their needs.
- You support ALE business partners during all stages of a sales cycle (RFI/RFP etc.).
- You accompany the projects, monitor the status, and ensure that the milestones are achieved according to the project plan.
- You track and document the achievements that have been made.
- You create invoices according to the project status achieved.
- You share your knowledge and enjoy working in an international team.

You define yourself as someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with end-customers and partners. You look for a job where you could use your outstanding teamwork skills. You are fluent in written and spoken English (other additional languages would be a bonus). Ideally, you have some sales relevant trainings/certifications like project management, effective presentation skills, conflict, and negotiation management.
