Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is working in cooperation with one of Germany’s leading relocation management companies. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Relocation Manager to strengthen their team. Our Client is a people-oriented organisation, offering an environment that is conducive to teamwork and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers in such matters as obtaining Immigration documents, translating requests and driving the requisite administrative works such as applications for child benefit/transfer of driving licenses.
- Collaborate with freelancer colleagues and partner companies to ensure that business operations run as planned.
- Work with national moving team.
- Coordinate and communicate with various governmental and administrative authorities based on the client’s state.
- Execute and oversee various types of administrative functions involved with client relocation.
- Provide high-level client support and service to meet and address all clients‘ needs in the best way possible.
Skills
- The candidate needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.
- Experience of immigration (Blue Card Applications).
- DSP knowledge.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively without strain or pressure.
- Good time management, sound solution-oriented thinking.
- Sound sense of handling diverse culture and sensitivity.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in relocation/ DSP/ Moving or similar industry.
- Candidate must be fluent in German in spoken and written and a good knowledge of English.
- Administration skills & experience using common office software.
- Drivers License essential.
