Sr. Associate Financial Analyst DACH (m/f/d)

Job Overview
Senior associate role in Finance focusing on Equipment Financial Agreements (EFA) for the Surgical business within the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Discuss equipment financing options with Finance business partners (sales team) and assist them in negotiating contract terms with customers.
- Interact directly with customers when needed to support contract closure, complete required documentation, and manage records.
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including KPIs.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Regional EFA Center of Excellence.
- Apply accounting principles to prepare financial information (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, consolidated reporting).
- Support month‑end closing activities related to Equipment Financial Agreements.
- Provide accurate data to the EFA Committee and monitor contract performance, addressing solutions for non‑compliant deals.
- Coordinate with Business Planning Analyst, Commercial teams, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve operational topics.
- Liaise with Financial Reporting & Accounting (FRA) to ensure correct revenue recognition and timely closing.
- Implement and interpret EFA‑related finance policies, support local procedures, and improve management reporting processes.
- Manage and track pricing performance and KPIs for DACH markets, including Average Selling Price (ASP) reporting and price erosion analysis.
- Support project‑management initiatives to continuously improve the implementation of Equipment Finance Solutions.
- Work closely with the Pricing team on pricing topics and new commercial solution execution and campaigns.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Mathematics, or a comparable field.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- First experience in an analyst or finance‑related role is an advantage but not required.
- Structured, accurate, and self‑driven working style.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Good MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.
