What This Role Looks Like
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our “Network & Endpoint Security” service
- Supervising, managing, and coordinating the external service provider
- Monitoring service performance to ensure operational and service stability
- Defining and monitoring service level KPIs to maintain high service quality
- Identifying improvement opportunities and coordinating measures to optimize SLAs
- Implementing measures to enhance service quality and stability
Your Profile
What You Bring With You
- Degree or apprenticeship focused on IT
- Sound IT knowledge and basic understanding of ITIL
- Technical knowledge of infrastructure topics
- Experience working with international external IT service providers
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Interest in international collaboration
- Good communication skills and professional fluency in English
