Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
You bring several years of relevant professional experience in international projects, ideally with a focus on HR or transformation. A consultancy background is a plus You have advanced project and process management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously; experience in transformation initiatives is an advantage A solid understanding of HR processes, digitalisation, and HR IT solutions is a plus You combine strong conceptual thinking with analytical capabilities and enjoy translating complex challenges into structured and practical solutions You are highly structured, proactive, and open minded You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
