How You'll Make Your Mark Your main tasks in this role are:
Enhance the global insurance program based on the global insurance strategy
Work closely with external insurance brokers
Carry out the annual insurance renewal, including related processes and policies
Conduct risk assessments, including data collection, risk engineering, and claims analysis for our global business
Develop loss prevention strategies to leverage self‑insured risks
Devise minimum insurance‑related requirements (e.g., risk engineering standards)
Connect with enterprise risk management to mitigate risks with adequate insurance strategies and programs
Your Profile The requirements of the role include:
An academic degree in Finance or relevant work experience in the insurance sector
At least 3 years of experience in an insurance or loss prevention function (e.g., Broker, Reinsurance, Underwriting, Risk Engineering)
Business‑fluent English skills; German is beneficial
An analytical way of thinking and the distinct ability to work on complex issues
Structured, quality‑oriented, and independent work with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
