The requirements of the role include: You have completed an education in Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field You have several years of professional experience in supplier relationship management, buying or supply chain management with a strong understanding of supplier performance metrics and optimisation You are passionate about evaluating performance, continuously improving supplier relationships, and supporting operational excellence You are comfortable working with reporting and analysis to track supplier performance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are among your core competencies, and you are able to simplify and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders You're business-fluent in English and excellent communication skills support your work in an international environment You work reliably, independently, and with a solution-oriented mindset A Career That Benefits You
