Work within the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) team to facilitate ALDIs organisational transformation and drive significant value creation for ALDI global Support project management for medium to large transformation projects Provide relevant information and support for related business cases, analysing the financial implications for the organisation Monitor service delivery from vendors, ensuring compliance with established quality assurance standards and reviewing performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies related to service delivery to ensure smooth operations Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SCM processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals Create compelling presentations for international management discussions and offer project updates and status reports to various stakeholders

Your main tasks in this role are:

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

Completed studies in the field of SCM/ logistics, business administration, economics or related subjects 3+ years of work experience in at least one field of SCM, project management or controlling preferably in the context of an international consultancy Experience in project and risk management and developing mitigation plans Proven skills in vendor management, specifically in monitoring service delivery and performance against SLAs and KPIs Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross-functional environment Advanced Excel skills are a must, PowerPoint, Jira & SNOW skills are of advantage Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus Willingness to travel internationally and embrace a fast-paced, evolving environment

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*
