Responsibilities
As a Manager Transformation Office, you will build, establish, and continuously improve effective corporate governance for cross‑functional and multi‑market transformation programs. You ensure clear decision rights, accountability, and reliable governance execution.
You maintain a deep understanding of the major transformations underway to identify overlaps and misalignments between countries and functions, flagging issues in a challenger role.
You’ll define and implement governance routines and artifacts (e.g., governance frameworks, escalation paths, decision trackers, quality gates, standardised templates, checklists, playbooks) to ensure transformation work is coordinated consistently.
You will coordinate and engage with diverse internal stakeholders (e.g., cross‑functional leads, local/market teams, executive stakeholders) to share best practices and build learnings across initiatives to avoid repeated mistakes.
Qualifications
You bring proven experience in transformation projects and/or program governance (including governance frameworks) in large‑scale international, cross‑functional environments.
Ideally, you have 3+ years of consulting experience combined with project/PM experience.
You hold a degree in business administration, economics, law, finance, organisational development, or a comparable field.
Your core competences include proactive problem‑solving, structuring ambiguity into decisions and action, and effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic program setting.
You have demonstrated ability to work independently and with high rigor, applying a results‑driven mindset to governance delivery.
You are recognised for strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication capabilities to provide clear, structured updates and well‑prepared decision proposals.
You’re business‑fluent in English.
