Manager Expert – Strategy Planning (m/f/x) CIO S&BM

ALDI International Services SE & Co. oHG, located at Mintarder Straße 36-40, 45481 Mülheim an der Ruhr, is seeking an experienced Manager Expert – Strategy Planning to join our team. This full-time, permanent role offers partial mobile working within Germany and is ideal for candidates with a strong background in IT consulting and strategic planning.

Your Role

1. Develop and evolve ALDI\’s global IT retail strategies, including planning and structuring group-wide initiatives.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally, leading multiple strategy-related projects.
3. Conduct data-driven analyses and develop strategic concepts.
4. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, presenting and discussing findings with top management.
5. Enhance ALDI\’s in-house consulting capabilities by applying best practices.
6. Act as a change agent in transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

1. Master\’s degree in business, IT management, economics, or a related field with excellent results.
2. Several years of experience in top-tier management or in-house consulting within large corporations.
3. Proven experience in IT or corporate strategy, with strong leadership skills.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and German.
5. Highly analytical with a strategic mindset.
6. Adaptable, agile, and able to work in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
7. Team-oriented with a proactive approach.

Preferred Extras

• Experience in retail or technology sectors.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, Lean, or strategic frameworks.
• MBA qualification is a plus.
