KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Managing, coaching, motivating and developing a small team
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals enhancing and developing the business
- Provide and ensure an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as BLUE LEMON brand values
- Organize and capture meaningful customer data for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities
- Ensure BLUE LEMON visual standards.
- Inspiring leader with a proven track record of developing talents within your team
- Passionat in delivering an exceptional retail- and client service
- Result driven with strong experience in exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Proud of the strong experience at this level gained in a luxury or premium fashion environment
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent communicate skills in english and french
- Attention to detail needed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
