Your responsibilities

- Pipeline Development: Proactively build, manage, and optimize your sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospective business and opportunities.
Your profile
- Experienced sales executive, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in technology (data analytics, automation) and software sales (SaaS), adept at conveying complex business value propositions.
- Skilled in presenting value through challenger sales methodology and negotiating contracts at the C-level.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving solid and repeatable ARR quotas.
- Enthusiastic about building new markets and advocating AI solution adoption across the DACH region, together with our partners.
- Adaptable individual comfortable in a fast-paced, agile working environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Team-centric attitude focused on collaboration and collective success.
- Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher).
