Overview:
As the Head of Product for a vertical at Aleph Alpha, you will hold a pivotal leadership position responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy across our AI-driven product portfolio. You will lead a talented team of product managers, designers, and analysts to innovate and deliver cutting-edge products that address market needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and a passion for customer-centric product development.
Your responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals. Identify market opportunities and establish product roadmaps that prioritize key initiatives.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct extensive market research to gain insights into customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Utilize this information to guide product development and positioning.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment across the organization. Foster a culture of communication and teamwork.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success in a collaborative environment.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure products meet their needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive actionable insights. Analyze and report on product performance to stakeholders at all levels.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Extensive experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI or technology-related products.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle and delivering impactful products to market.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in real-world scenarios, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer benefits.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for product management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
