We\’re looking for a curious and tech-savvy Instructional Designer

to turn complex product knowledge into clear, engaging content that educates and empowers our users. You\’ll partner closely with Product Engineering and Customer Success to deeply understand our platform and create learning experiences that help users succeed—whether they\’re just getting started or diving into advanced features.

Your responsibilities

1. Work closely with Product Engineering and Customer Teams to understand our AI platform\’s features and use cases
2. Design and develop product learning content (videos, walkthroughs, tutorials) for both technical and non-technical users
3. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and SMEs to gather insights and keep content accurate and up to date
4. Identify user pain points and learning gaps, proactively creating content that addresses them
5. Support customer onboarding, self-service enablement, and adoption through clear, outcome-driven content
6. Contribute to the strategy, voice, and consistency of our learning experience
7. Use data and user feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and training outcomes

Your profile

• Knowledge of AI & Machine Learning Technologies: Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and large language models
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to break down complex technical topics into easily understandable content for diverse audiences; strong verbal and written skills in English; German is a plus
• Proficiency with Learning Tools: Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate), LMS (e.g., Absorb LMS), and storyboard scripting (optional)
• User-Centered Approach: Dedicated to prioritizing the end-user and learner in all tasks
• Commitment to Continuous Learning: Motivated to become an expert in our AI platform and stay updated on AI developments
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: A creative problem-solver with a track record of managing complex projects successfully
