Overview:
As a Team Lead Product at Aleph Alpha, you will be responsible for guiding the vision, strategy, and execution of part of our PhariaAI stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and refine our product offerings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in AI technologies and a proven track record of successful product management.
Your responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with company goals. Identify market opportunities and trends, and translate them into product initiatives.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI. Use insights to drive product development and positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer expectations and business objectives. Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among stakeholders.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement based on user feedback and market changes.

User Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and ensure products meet user needs. Foster strong relationships to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, user satisfaction, and market impact. Analyze data to guide ongoing product enhancements and decision-making.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and design professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Your profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Strong experience in product management, ideally in AI, software, or technology sectors.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to launch.

Strong understanding of AI technologies and applications, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
