We are looking for you with immediate effect preferably at our locations Munich or Stuttgart gart!

Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday life. Your challenges include:

  • Responsibility for the expansion of our sales area and the achievement of the sales targets of the entire team
  • Planning, implementation and control of the sales strategy
  • Strategic development and responsibility for business development in our key industries: Transportation, Automotive & Finance
  • Designing and implementing excellence standards and ensuring compliance with them
  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of important negotiations and offer presentations
  • Contact person for key accounts including operational support for customers
  • Proactive identification of customer and industry trends as well as new data-driven use cases and business models

Your profile

Data is also in your DNA? That’s what you should bring with you:

  • Proven successful experience in building and leading a team as well as several years of experience in sales management & business development in a company from the IT services and consulting sector
  • Completed studies (e.g. in economics or computer science) or comparable training
  • Experience in solution sales, with IT-driven business models and customer requirements, as well as purchasing departments and processes
  • Broad network and high networking competence as well as customer orientation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in German and English
  • Deeper understanding of and interest in digital transformation, data, AI
  • Affinity for numbers, result orientation, commitment and willingness to travel (DACH)
