Site Reliability Engineer (f/m/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer (f/m/d) who joins our team in the development and maintenance of a next generation cross-platform video conferencing software.

• You have experience working as an SRE or operations-adjacent role
• You are proficient in a programming language (Java or Python) or scripting language and have experience with infrastructure as code utilities
• You have expertise in configuring and optimizing Linux/Unix systems
• Part of your skillset is a solid understanding of monitoring and alerting systems
• You have excellent collaboration skills
• You\’re familiar with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
• You bring along proficiency in using version control systems like Git
• You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Successfully completed studies or several years of professional experience
• You are proficient in spoken and written English

• Supporting our operations team in implementing SRE best practices
• Defining and measuring service level objectives (SLOs)
• Conducting post-incident reviews for continuous improvement
• Developing and maintaining automation tools for operational efficiency
• Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations
• Leading capacity planning efforts to meet growing demands
• Building and maintaining documentation for system and process transparency
• Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
• Collaborating with development teams
• Mentoring and sharing knowledge with team members for skills development
