As a Series B scale-up, we are investing heavily in the product experience, and you will be central to it. You will own our biggest new product bets: new features, health insights and early vision work across the app. You will bring ideas to life fast, with polished high-fidelity prototypes and motion, then take them to a shipped result. /p pYou will report directly to our Head of Design and work with product and engineering every day. Alongside you are a Lead Product Designer and a Lead UX Writer, who keep the whole product consistent and high quality. /p pYou will have real ownership on a health product people use every day, in a business-critical role where UX is our top priority. You join a team with high talent density, people who raise your game, and a shared focus on speed, clarity and craft. /p pLocation: Fully remote, open to candidates across the UK and Europe. /p h3Core responsibilities /h3 h3Ownership Outcomes /h3 ul liOwn your product areas from first idea to shipped result. /li liSet the measures for your work and own whether it succeeds. /li liTurn research, feedback and data into clear decisions. /li /ul h3Prototyping Design /h3 ul liSpin up working prototypes with AI tools and our design system, not just static screens. /li liWork daily with design engineers and product managers, and unblock them fast. /li liTake over existing product design work and keep quality high. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liSenior product design experience, ideally in health, consumer, behavior change or regulated products. /li li1 to 3 shipped case studies that show the problem, your role, your decisions and the measurable impact. /li liStrong UX and UI craft: visual hierarchy, typography, motion and attention to detail. /li liHigh-fidelity prototypes you can screen-share and walk through (Figma, AI tools such as Claude or Lovable). /li liDaily, practical use of AI tools, and enthusiasm for trying new ones. /li liFluent Figma, including components, variables and tokens. /li liClose work with engineers, and clear, short communication. /li liA public portfolio website (required with your application). /li /ul h3How you work /h3 ul liAI first — You'd rather show a working thing than describe one. /li liBuilder — You ship, starting from nothing if you have to. /li liBias for action — You don't need to be told what to do or be chased.
