Job Description

The role can be based in Germany (Mannheim), the Netherlands (Panningen), or our HQ in Belgium (Brussels) and will require up to 30% of travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage product (services, systems, and solutions) portfolio and life cycle in line with the segment and category strategy (product launches, price setting, value pricing, margin optimisation, cost optimisation, make‑or‑buy decisions, vendor management, promotions, harmonisation, rationalisation, etc.).
• Build application and product knowledge and propose changes to the product portfolio.
• Train and provide technical application, product and solution support to Sales.
• Understand market trends, customer and stakeholder needs, capture the Voice of the Customer, and conduct competitor analysis.
• Build innovation pipeline and interface with IPD and Engineering for new developments.
• Track category performance and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• High experience in assessing customer needs and knowledge within a relevant B2B (or B2C) product and solutions industry.
• Knowledge of electrofusion and/or mechanical joints is a strong plus.
• Experience working in complex, international, and multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Fluent in English; German and French are nice to have.
