- Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential for harm
- Identify content that could be misleading, harmful, or inappropriate
- Provide clear, structured written feedback on policy-related issues and ethical concerns
- Work across a wide variety of topics, content types, and use cases
- Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively
- Naturally drawn to questions of fairness, ethics, or responsible technology
- Able to articulate your reasoning clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your assessments
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
- No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required
Nice to Have
- Background in ethics, philosophy, policy, law, journalism, or social sciences
- Experience evaluating content for quality, accuracy, or compliance
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation concepts
- Academic or professional interest in responsible AI or digital governance
