You will optimise the resources of your sector and develop commercial activities, while maintaining a positive and professional working environment.
Your main responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a team of 30 employees with the help of sector managers.
Ensure optimal allocation of resources (planning management) according to customer flow.
Develop and implement long-term action plans.
Offer a warm welcome and professional service to your customers.
Manage merchandise flows, from arrival to sale.
Oversee inventories, control waste, and ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
Energise the department with commercial initiatives.
Profile sought
Hands-on manager with proven experience managing teams of more than 10 people.
Significant experience in commerce and sales involving large volumes.
Experience in the food sector is an asset.
You demonstrate dynamism, open-mindedness, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
