Senior IT Business Analyst, CRM & Business Process Management in Genève

pWe are looking for a bSenior Business Analyst /b in bGeneva, Switzerland /b, with strong experience in bbusiness requirements, CRM solutions, workflow automation and business process modelling /b. /ppYou will work closely with the Project Manager and business stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories, process designs and functional specifications, ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions that meet business needs. /ppEU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Geneva and be willing to relocate to Geneva. /ph3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3ulliGather, analyse and document bbusiness requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria /b throughout IT implementation projects. /liliDesign and optimize bbusiness processes, workflows and data flows /b, translating current practices into consistent future-state solutions. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define functional requirements, process designs and solution prototypes. /liliSupport the implementation of bCRM, workflow automation and conference/event management solutions /b. /liliCoordinate bUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) /b, including test scripts, validation and acceptance sign-off. /liliWork closely with the Project Manager to ensure solutions meet functional requirements, quality standards and business objectives. /liliIdentify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to complex business challenges. /liliManage evolving requirements and maintain effective communication across distributed stakeholder teams. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliRelevant university degree in bInformation Technology, Computer Science or a related field /b, or equivalent professional experience. /lilib6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst /b delivering IT implementation projects. /liliProven experience with bCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions /b and automated workflow projects. /liliKnowledge of bconference and event management applications /b. /liliExperience in binternational organizations, customer experience or stakeholder engagement transformation programmes /b. /liliStrong expertise in brequirements gathering, user story management, acceptance criteria and business process modelling /b. /liliExperience coordinating bUAT /b, including test script preparation, execution management and sign-off. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with bfluent written and spoken English /b. /liliAbility to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in complex environments. /li /ulpCertifications in bBusiness Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA), ITIL, Business Process Modelling, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Project Management /b would be an advantage.
