We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst in Geneva, Switzerland , with strong experience in business requirements, CRM solutions, workflow automation and business process modelling .
You will work closely with the Project Manager and business stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories, process designs and functional specifications, ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions that meet business needs.
EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Geneva and be willing to relocate to Geneva.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria throughout IT implementation projects.
- Design and optimize business processes, workflows and data flows , translating current practices into consistent future-state solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define functional requirements, process designs and solution prototypes.
- Support the implementation of CRM, workflow automation and conference/event management solutions .
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including test scripts, validation and acceptance sign-off.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure solutions meet functional requirements, quality standards and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Manage evolving requirements and maintain effective communication across distributed stakeholder teams.
Profile
- Relevant university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field , or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering IT implementation projects.
- Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and automated workflow projects.
- Knowledge of conference and event management applications .
- Experience in international organizations, customer experience or stakeholder engagement transformation programmes .
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, user story management, acceptance criteria and business process modelling .
- Experience coordinating UAT , including test script preparation, execution management and sign-off.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent written and spoken English .
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in complex environments.
Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA), ITIL, Business Process Modelling, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Project Management would be an advantage. Previous project management experience is also beneficial.
