The Role This position is an exceptional career-progression opportunity. We are seeking a highly motivated,
strong Chef de Rang
who is ready to take the next step in their career, assume greater responsibilities, and evolve into a leadership role.
Instead of a traditional macro-manager, you will be a hands-on floor leader responsible for guiding and motivating a dedicated restaurant team ( 5–6 team members during the summer
and approximately
10 during the winter season ). You will ensure an exquisite guest experience for leisure guests, high-net-worth residents, and a prominent Corporate/MICE segment.

Key Responsibilities Service Excellence:
Oversee and actively participate in the daily service flow for breakfast, high-volume lunch, and refined dinner, ensuring a premium "service culture."
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team on the floor, fostering a positive and driven work environment.
Event Support:
Assist in managing private events and corporate MICE groups, which represent a key revenue pillar (generating CHF 500K+ annually).
Beverage Culture:
Maintain and confidently present a sophisticated wine and beverage program tailored to a luxury clientele.
Operational Agility:
Confidently manage intense "guest flow peaks" typical of a high-volume, premium mountain resort.
Requirements
Experience:
Solid operational experience as a Chef de Rang within high-end seasonal operations (4* or 5* hotels/luxury restaurants). A career trajectory that demonstrates continuous growth and the clear potential to successfully step into a management role.
Languages:
Professional fluency in both
French
and
English
is mandatory.
