Your new role
- You own the end‑to‑end IT delivery for the Sales & Remarketing domain, ensuring stable and scalable operation as well as continuous evolution of all customer‑facing platforms, including CMS, websites, and lead management systems
- You act as a trusted partner to Sales, Operations, and Remarketing, translating business needs into a clear and prioritized IT roadmap and ensuring reliable execution of initiatives that enable seamless digital customer acquisition and sales journeys
- You lead and develop teams across multiple applications and platforms, fostering strong ownership, collaboration, and a efficient delivery culture within a transforming environment
- You drive and steer the ongoing transformation towards Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring smooth transition, integration into the existing landscape, and tangible business value realization
- You ensure effective governance and delivery excellence across your area, including prioritization, resource steering, and transparent performance tracking, while balancing operational stability with continuous innovation
Your strenghts
- You bring several years of experience in IT Delivery, Product, or Engineering leadership, especially in customer‑facing domains such as Sales, eCommerce, CRM, or digital platforms
- You excel in leading people through change, combining empathy and clarity to build trust, create engagement, and successfully guide teams through transformation and uncertainty
- You have a strong understanding of the current landscapes around CMS, websites, and Online Retail solutions and are experienced in developing Salesforce projects
- You are a strong communicator and stakeholder manager, able to align business and IT, challenge constructively, and drive decisions with a clear focus on outcomes and customer value
- You combine a structured and analytical mindset with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach and communicate confidently in English and German in both technical and business contexts
