ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (CMDB/CSDM)

Contract: 2 days per week until the end of 2025

Our client, a leading ServiceNow partner, is hiring an experienced Business Process Consultant to join the team on a part-time contract. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) to provide advisory and solution design services.

Responsibilities

• Advise on CSDM/CMDB best practices to optimise business processes and data management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct process reviews and recommend improvements for CMDB data quality and governance.
• Support teams in aligning IT and business services through effective configuration management.

Skillset

• Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management, service mapping and process design.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver strategic recommendations.
