Our client, a leading Swiss Banking organisation, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to join their team in Zurich on a contract basis until the end of 2026, contributing to a high-profile transformation programme utilising your expertise in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM solutions in line with business and regulatory requirements.
Build workflows, integrations and customisations following ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation of the platform.
Skillset
Strong hands‑on experience developing ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow development, scripting, Flow Designer and integrations.
Experience working within regulated environments, such as banking or financial services.
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
German language reading and comprehension skills to support collaboration with local documentation and stakeholders.
