ServiceNow Project Manager

Our client, a leading tech organization, are hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to join the team in Frankfurt, Germany on a contract basis. The successful candidate will lead complex ServiceNow implementations, as well as work with customer teams, delivery partners and internal specialists to achieve business goals and deliver within the agreed scope, timeline and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams through large, complex ServiceNow engagements, working closely with services partners where required.
• Oversee project governance, scope, schedules, resources, risks, changes, reporting and budgets.
• Ensure project deliverables support the customer's business goals.
• Use ServiceNow's NowCreate methodology to guide delivery and support lasting customer success.
• Serve as the primary contact for delivery decisions and secure agreement among stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against the project plan, address gaps and resolve issues.
• Guide team members and partners to deliver their work successfully.

Skillset

• At least 8 years of experience in professional services, with increasing responsibility for delivery.
• Proven experience leading workflow implementations or business transformation projects.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage engagements independently and resolve complex delivery challenges.
• Understanding of how AI can improve workflows, decision-making and service delivery.
• Knowledge of workflow solutions within a relevant industry.
• ServiceNow certifications in a relevant workflow area would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
