Pension Fund Expert (Switzerland/International). We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated Pension Fund Expert to join our team in Switzerland. This position is specifically intended for professionals who have successfully completed their qualification as a Swiss Pension Fund Expert (Pensionskassenexperte / Expert en Prévoyance Professionnelle) or are in the final stage of obtaining this qualification. In this role, you will advise pension funds, employers, and other stakeholders on complex occupational pension matters, combining technical expertise with strategic insight to support sound decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
Act as lead advisor to pension funds, pension fund boards, and sponsoring employers on Swiss occupational pension matters. Perform actuarial and pension-related analyses to assess the financial health and sustainability of pension plans. Prepare expert opinions, technical reports, and recommendations for pension fund boards and management. Advise on funding strategies, pension plan design, restructurings, mergers, partial and full liquidations, and regulatory matters. Ensure compliance with Swiss pension legislation, regulatory requirements, and best-practice governance standards. Collaborate closely with trustees, investment consultants, auditors, lawyers, and corporate clients. Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to boards and executive stakeholders. Support the development of innovative pension solutions and contribute to the firm\'s thought leadership. Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements: Fully qualified Swiss Pension Fund Expert (Pensionskassenexperte / Expert en Prévoyance Professionnelle), or Currently enrolled in the qualification program and expected to obtain the title within the next 6-12 months. In addition, candidates should possess: A university degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. Several years of professional experience in occupational pensions, pension consulting, actuarial services, or pension fund management. Comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss occupational pension system (BVG/LPP). Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Professional proficiency in German and English; French is considered a strong asset. What We Are Looking For
