Your Responsibilities:

• Configure, validate, install, and commission BMS and EPMS systems
• Provide technical support throughout the data center lifecycle
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for BMS/EPMS initiatives
• Manage improvement projects across scope, schedule, budget, and execution
• Support procurement processes: RFQs, vendor evaluations, and purchase orders
• Participate in project meetings and report regularly to Controls and stakeholder management
• Oversee commissioning activities related to Controls systems
• Review and optimize control sequences (SOO), providing feedback to design teams
• Develop control panel BOMs, cable routing plans, and schedules
• Create technical drawings for control panels, power distribution, and junction boxes (layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams)
• Coordinate with general contractors and their electrical/mechanical teams to ensure timely delivery
• Manage vendor/system integrator deliverables, including installation, commissioning, and handover
• Conduct on-site safety inspections and document findings using Procore
• Navigate complex stakeholder requirements and manage expectations
• Work on-site in operational data centers to troubleshoot, meet with customers, and supervise vendor compliance with design and standards
