The IT Compliance team safeguards AllianzGI’s IT by raising awareness, translating regulation into controls, tracking implementation, and monitoring risks. The team is a key link between the 1st and 2nd line of defence. The IT Compliance Manager reports to the Head of IT Compliance and is part of the Enterprise Services in the COO division.

This position is based in Frankfurt.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement a sustainable IT compliance framework for third-party ICT service providers.
• Review and negotiate IT controls with key ICT providers, perform assurance activities, and ensure compliance based on risk levels.
• Integrate the framework with the overall third-party risk management process.
• Collaborate with the IT Legal team to extend IT compliance requirements in contracts.
• Provide regulatory compliance reports to senior management.

Required

• University degree in IT, Engineering, Compliance, Law, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of national and international IT regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Experience in analyzing, implementing, and supervising IT regulatory requirements.
• Experience with IT service contracts and oversight of IT providers.
• Proven experience in managing international projects or programs and leading change initiatives.
• Proactive, client-centric, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred

• Experience in third-party risk management for IT providers.
• Additional language skills.
• Experience in IT audits.
