You will be part of the Investment & Operations Change team with colleagues based in Frankfurt, Munich, London, Paris, Luxembourg, and Milan. You will be based in Frankfurt and support our project managers on following topics: – Analyze our existing service offering, identify improvement ideas and possible options for a future target model. – Identify automation potential along our Investment & Operations value chain and design as well as implement central platform solutions to increase the degree of automation. – Analyze the impact of asset management regulatory changes to AllianzGI and design as well as implement required measures to ensure regulatory compliance. – Process operational tasks to support investment product/investment fund lifecycle events such as product launches, mergers, transfers, closures, and other life cycle events related to brokers or service providers.

We are looking to expand our team with a highly motivated intern with a creative mind and a willingness to explore new challenges.

What you will do

• Work closely together with Project Managers to support them on projects. Take over your own tasks within projects under your own responsibility
• Support our department managers on strategic initiatives aiming at improving the quality and efficiency of the Investment & Operations Change Team internal procedures
• Create and document workflows, processes, and presentations. Support regular project reporting processes incl. project pipeline management, resource, and capacity management
• Support IT applications owned by the team, capture user requirements. Manage issues and provide fixes and solutions.

What you bring

• You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science
• You have a first internship/work experience in the financial industry
• You have very good communication skills, a strong written and verbal command of English. German is a plus
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have very strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• You have some knowledge of Power BI
• You have some knowledge of IT programming languages (e.g. Python)
• A valid visa incl. work permit (for foreign students) and academic enrolment until end of contract is mandatory.
