Working within the Corporate & Professional Services Recruitment Team and reporting to the Corporate & Professional Services Recruitment Lead, in this role you will strongly partner with the local and regional leaders to oversee, manage and facilitate the recruitment of professional positions location and across the region.
As the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with our leaders to understand their current and future needs. You will partner with them to develop detailed success profiles and job requirements in order to attract / target candidates to the vacancies which could be located locally and / or across the region.
You will provide your market knowledge on the best sourcing strategy and assist managers by screening for fit and providing recommendations of candidates to support with nomination of candidates and provide a true partnership and efficient process.
Additionally you will be responsible for:
- Creating an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer / onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline for passive or unsuccessful candidates.
- Identifying today\’s and tomorrow\’s staffing needs; anticipating, designing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet these needs.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the hiring managers and respective HR community.
- Developing and deploying a variety of cost-effective sourcing channels – generating a diversity of candidates, attracting highly competitive talent, building university relationships, and identifying new strategic sourcing opportunities.
What you bring:
- Proven 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of professional role types.
- Experience in search, candidate development, and assessment skills across multiple countries / regions.
- Experience in using strategic sourcing methods to proactively source for candidates and build recruitment campaigns across multiple countries / regions.
- Prior use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business / functional heads.
- Strong ability to influence and show resilience navigating through demand and business requirements.
- Professional proficiency in German & English.
