What You Do
Working within the Sales team, your main responsibility will be to attract and develop profitable and successful new business focused on Travel, Ticketing, and Lodging with an autonomous and proactive approach. You will partner with new and existing stakeholders and cross-departmental teams to reach our targets. You will manage and oversee the entire sales process.
Reporting to the Head of BD, Travel, Ticketing & Lodging, your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy and prospect list
- Identifying, attracting, negotiating, and closing new opportunities with partners and tender requests
- Analyzing research to identify market opportunities, industry trends, and expansion areas
- Building a network within the industry
- Understanding customer needs and developing business solutions aligned with market trends
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business targets
What You Bring
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience, especially in developing new and existing business within the Insurance and Assistance sectors
- A strong network within the Travel industry
- Excellent project management skills in complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills; ability to influence at senior levels
- High standards and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
