Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are in charge of the following responsibilities:

  • Structure, define Project Governance and manage/coordinate project tasks, risks and issues with all Stakeholders within Allianz or with external consultants, vendors and/or clients.
  • Define with all Stakeholders the Project Planning, Roles & Responsibilities and setup the appropriate Governance and ensure the steering of the overall Project.
  • Manage and document all risks, issues and decisions related to the projects.
  • Support, if needed, to identify the appropriate business stakeholders to involve in the solution design.
  • Assist global and local teams in ramp-up planning, ensuring project plans are updated to reflect tasks to be performed.
  • Support deployment ensuring the right level of communication and smooth transition to Run mode.
  • Manage cross-divisional relationships across reporting lines: LoBs, Global Functions Managers and other departments.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and process optimization.
  • Work experience in Agile environment (Jira knowledge is a plus).
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions.
  • Ability to drive meetings and animate workshops with multiple stakeholders in the expected direction.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for short periods on request.
  • Proficient use of MS Office (MS Project is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (second additional language is more than welcome).
