Telephony & Intraday Management Lead
The Telephony & Intraday Management Lead is responsible for overseeing Medi24\’s telephony systems and ensuring their efficient operation in alignment with business needs. The role includes leading the Intraday team, coordinating intraday management activities, and ensuring close collaboration with the Planning team to optimize workforce efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities *
- Manage and ensure the performance, stability, and continuous improvement of telephony systems.
- Lead and support the Intraday team, ensuring real-time monitoring and adjustments to meet service levels.
- Coordinate activities between Intraday and Planning to align forecasting, scheduling, and intraday execution.
- Participate in and lead operational and technical projects, such as telephony platform migrations, WFM tools or process improvements.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities for the Team.
- Act as the main point of contact for telephony-related topics and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
