Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Conduct external benchmarking, identify improvement opportunities across the insurance value chain, assess top-down impacts, and steer initiatives.
• Work with client teams, taking responsibility for specific tasks, ensuring the quality of your deliverables, and achieving project milestones.
• Manage communications and project timelines.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Help increase Allianz Consulting\’s expertise within our strategic areas of development.
• Participate in internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including knowledge sharing and team events.

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting.
• Experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and rollout.
• Experience in strategy and transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Insurance P&C in a consulting environment is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including complex functions.
• Curiosity or knowledge of insurance, financial services, and consulting methodologies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
