Then join us from October/November 2024 for a duration of 3-6 months as Intern – Sustainability Strategist (f/m/d) in Frankfurt am Main .

With 45+ dedicated Sustainability Professionals and over 200 sustainability- and impact-focused products, Allianz Global Investors offers a broad range of strategies according to our clients values and sustainability preferences.

You will be an integral part of the team and would support the Sustainability Strategist Team with the following tasks:

What you do:

• Assist in developing sustainable investment strategies

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Provide information to clients and stakeholders regarding Allianz Global Investors sustainable investment capabilities

• Collaborate with the Sustainability Team and other functions to handle day-to-day requests (e.g. ESG due diligence questionnaires, presentations)

What you bring:

• Studying towards a Bachelor or Master degree or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master in the area of sustainable finance, economics, business administration, environmental sciences or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in German and English is required, further languages are beneficial (e.g. Mandarin or Italian)
• Past internships and/or working student experience in a similar field is a plus
• Ability to work well in an international, diverse and highly interdisciplinary environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive and creative thinking
