Who will you be joining?

The Corporate Compliance Unit within Group Compliance is responsible for market integrity and regulatory compliance.

The Market Integrity Team within the Corporate Compliance Unit is responsible for maintaining the Capital Markets Compliance framework for the Allianz Group and provides guidance to Allianz SE and its subsidiaries to facilitate adherence to the respective laws (e.g., EU Market Abuse Regulation). This includes also coordinating Important Shareholding Reporting (ISH) for Allianz Group\’s substantial holdings in stock exchange listed companies worldwide.

The Regulatory Compliance Team within the Corporate Compliance Unit is responsible for developing the Regulatory Compliance framework for the Allianz Group. This includes setting and maintaining the global policy framework defining the requirements and methodologies for execution of Compliance Oversight (i.e., overseeing the adequacy and effectiveness of the processes in place to ensure compliance with internal corporate rules and external legal requirements) and Regulatory Change Management (i.e., overseeing the identification and timely and appropriate implementation of new or amended legal requirements).

How can you make an impact?

Key responsibilities of the Senior Market Integrity and Regulatory Compliance Expert include :

• Advising Allianz SE management and employees on Market Integrity related questions; setting-up and maintaining of Insider Lists and Information Barrier Lists; steer and oversee Allianz’ global ISH community; daily monitoring of Allianz Group\’s holdings in stock-exchange listed companies to determine potential notification requirements; preparation and filing of ISH notification to relevant regulators and companies worldwide
• Defining, maintaining and updating the global policy framework defining the requirements and methodologies for execution of Compliance Oversight (including Horizontal Oversight and Vertical Oversight) and Regulatory Change Management as well as Capital Markets Compliance
• Providing guidance to OE / Regional / Global Line compliance functions to ensure Group-wide execution of market integrity compliance and regulatory compliance related tasks
• Drafting external and internal communications, including developing training materials, identifying areas where relevant training is necessary and conducting the trainings
• Identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance to implement good practices and help further development of respective Compliance Programs
