The European Business & Regulatory Compliance team is part of the Global Legal & Compliance & Risk Department. The team ensures that our business is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Core responsibilities of team include providing advice and training in particular in relation to the Code Ethics, regulatory reporting as well as the ongoing performance of Compliance controls and monitoring activities.

What you do

We are looking for a working student to support our team particularly in the following areas:

• Assist the team with monitoring the team’s hotline and inbox on Code of Ethics
• Keeping track and updating relevant registers and internal databases
• Following-up on different activities foreseen in the Compliance annual calendar and particularly on regulatory obligations
• Monitoring of outsourced Compliance activities
• Support the coordination with other team members (i.e., by collecting input and producing tables and presentations)
• Support and assist the other members of the team on projects as and when they arise

What you bring

• Preferably a student in Legal, Business or Economics
• Fluency in English required, further languages would be highly beneficial
• Basic knowledge of the financial services
• Practical experience in Legal or Compliance work would be beneficial
• Open minded and able to work in a multinational team across Europe
• Basic skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must
