As part of the Procurement Excellence & Operations team, you will be responsible to design and embed standards and best practices in the context of contract management and related processes and systems. You ensure that regulations tailored to our financial and business environment are embedded and controlled throughout the procurement value chain and contract lifecycle. This includes country specific outsourcing regulations as well as industry specific regulations such as DORA.
In your role, you serve as the bridge between multiple teams incl. Legal and Third-Party Risk teams. You will build and implement a holistic contract management framework aligning global regulations with contract templates, procurement processes, and contract lifecycle systems.
This position will be based in Frankfurt.
What You Will Do

• CLM Implementation: Support designing and implementing a state-of-the-art contract lifecycle management program, incl. processes, interfaces and responsibilities. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate the implementation
• CLM Best Practice: Establish frameworks to effectively manage complex supplier relationships incl. outsourcing arrangements. Ensure country specific regulatory requirements (i.e., DORA) are embedded and enforced in the end-to-end value chain. Assess and incorporate local business and legal requirements.
• Process Excellence: Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across the Procurement and Third-Party Risk value chain, focusing on compliance, efficiency and automation.
• Project Management: Independently manage projects, ensuring knowledge transfer and successful delivery. Act as functional expert to support teams and global lines adhering to new processes. Conduct trainings and drive change across the organization

What You Bring

• University Degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within consulting, process excellence, legal operations, or procurement
• Preferably experience with CLM application implementation projects, covering activities of process design, system configuration, testing, training and change management
• Experience with business process improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of typical contract structures and governance frameworks
• Self-starter, solution orientated with a high level of autonomy and proactivity
• Comfortable navigating in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
