You will be part of a global team responsible for IT Service Management & Integration (ITSM&I), collaborating with colleagues across Europe and Asia.The team focuses on the ownership, continuous improvement and execution of key IT processes, manages the ITSM platform (ServiceNOW), supports integration and oversight of service providers and the service transition of new applications.This position will be based in Frankfurt or Hong Kong.What you will doManage and support ITAM (incl. Software Asset Management) and CMDB-related (Configuration Management Data Base) projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budgetEstablish and develop a license management process including operating model, governance and toolingAct as a responsible owner for the assigned processes, drive maturity and adoption across the organization in collaboration with other Process Owners in the ITSM&ICreate management decision-papers, status reports and other documentationEnsure compliance with relevant standards (i.e. ITIL), regulations, and best practices in ITAM and CMDB processes (incl. benchmarking and KPIs)Lead, support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ITAM and CMDB processes and enhance overall efficiencyProvide guidance and support to team members on ITAM and CMDB best practices and methodologiesAct as a point of contact to third-party(-ies) and service providers, Enterprise Architecture, IT Support, IT Compliance, Information Security, Business Resilience, Procurement, Finance and other cross-functionsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop detailed project plansOversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring effective coordination and communication among team members and stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and challengesConduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progressDevelop and maintain documentation and standards during the projects and in operationsStay up to date with industry trends and advancements in ITAM and CMDB practicesWhat you bringRequiredUniversity degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics and/ or similar areas8+ years of experience in IT service management, IT operations5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platformAbility to understand and translate complex technology processes into business relevant language and decision makingProven experience in IT asset management (ITAM), IT configuration management (CMDB), license managementProven experience in leading and delivering complex projects in IT operations and/ or transformationWorking experience in ServiceNOW platform and/ or its development and operationsServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification in Discovery, HAM and/or SAMITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) certification and practical knowledgeStrong communication (both written and oral), problem-solving and change management skillsExcellent knowledge of English both written and verbal (German is a nice to have)PreferredExperience in the financial, banking and/ or asset management sectorExperience in creation and maintenance of the Information Domain for large organizations Experience with multicultural and international teams, and collaboration with external service providers in a multisource environmentCMDB, CSDM and other relevant certificationsKnowledge in regulatory requirements, such as Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), KAIT, VAIT, etc.Experience in IT Service Continuity Management and/or Business Continuity ManagementWhat we offer “New Normal”, it’s not news to us: As a global company, we’ve known the hybrid model before it was ‘in’.
