Position Overview:

We are seeking an IT governance and IT regulatory professional to join our growing and diverse consulting team, focusing on IT regulatory excellence, system of governance, and IT audit. Our team specializes in:

• IT regulatory trend radar and impact evaluation
• IT governance framework and control system maturity assessment
• Operationalization of regulatory requirements within existing IT processes
• IT compliance, audit preparation, and remediation activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to help Allianz entities implement regulatory requirements and enhance digital resilience
• Analyze IT governance frameworks, identify deficiencies, and develop mitigation plans
• Assess IT regulatory and compliance trends and develop implementation solutions
• Manage IT regulatory audit preparation and remediation processes
• Collaborate with Allianz experts and contribute to pitches and initiatives

Key Requirements:

• University degree in computer science, business/economics, law, or related fields with a focus on technology
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in audit, IT resilience, governance, regulatory, or security roles
• Strong motivation to learn and develop
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and German

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial/insurance regulations like VAIT/DORA
• Knowledge in areas such as process design, information security, cyber risk, risk management, or operational resilience
• International work experience and certifications like CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CET
• Familiarity with standards like COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, etc.
