Field Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and campaigns in line with global guidelines
- Continuously develop the partner marketing program and partner portal
- Design and manage internal communications for strategic initiatives and organizational changes
- Identify regional marketing opportunities and translate business requirements into actionable measures
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, customer events and partner marketing activities
- Create and coordinate regional marketing and communication materials
- Manage the partner portal and relevant marketing resources
- Closely align marketing activities with Sales, Business Development and regional stakeholders
- Measure performance and continuously optimize marketing and communication activities
Your profile
- Several years of experience in B2B, field or partner marketing, or internal communications
- Experience planning and executing regional marketing campaigns and projects
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Sales, Business Development and other teams
- Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM and AI tools is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent English and German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Solution‑oriented and self‑motivated work style
